Can it be set to run constantly to get even lower than the minimum setting? Also, what's the minimum humidity level? null

I'm not sure what the lowest setting would be (5 or 10% humidity) but I do know that how much it runs also depends on how humid the air in the room is. We keep ours at a constant 45-50% level all year long and we live in eastern Kansas where the humidity can get relatively nasty during certain times of the year - but not yearlong.
