• the tv will accept and power any hdmi dongles..already tried google chrome on it

• I can't say what the power output is, but it's enough to power a fire tv stick. I have mine in HDMI2 and drawing power from the USB and have no problems. Some power adapters give message telling me the power isn't enough, but no issues with this tv.
