“Purchased TV in December 2023. Past its return date. Having issues with my built in tv speakers randomly turning off (says they’re off in the settings) and will not turn back on. Very very frustrating as it’s a brand new TV. How can I troubleshoot?”

Unplug it the next time they go out. Wait 69 seconds and plug it back in. A hard reset should help
