Try to update the TV software. Sometimes when an update is imminent the TV will do some odd things in the menu system. Also if you have other things connected like a PS5 or other streaming stick , they can interfere with the actual television system software. The update in system settings menu usually fixes the problem. Also try a hard reset by turning off and unplugging for a few min. I believe these have a cash memory and if it gets full it will slow down the TV.
