When I had a different problem with my Toshiba tv, I called the 800 number located in the manual, and they walked me through fixing it. You could also contact Best Buy’s Geek Squad. If your tv is still under warranty, you may qualify for a replacement. Regardless, take a picture with your phone so you can show them the problem & it’s also proof of the problem as well!
