• I do not think it will. One end is HDMI and the other is a Display port, which kinds looks like the letter C. New computers have them (display ports). To my knowledge it will not connect to a USB port. I used it to connect a second monitor using the Display port since my HDMI port was already being used, and I did not feel like buying a graphics card.

• This requires the special "Display Port" connection which is much different than a USB port.
