• Hello Marie, If everything is connected correctly, I will recommend to understand how your TV is recognizing your phone. For example I got this cable to connect my nintendo switch to my iMac. The only way it works is if I plug the console using its dock. If I don't the mac doesn't recognize the switch is connected.
