“A question before asked if the TV supported HDMI 2.1, and Insignia customer service said yes. How can this be if the TV doesn't have eARC? Isn't that part of HDMI 2.1?”

This TV supports HDMI ARC, sends audio directly from the HDMI jack to a compatible soundbar or AV receiver, removing the need for an extra cable.
