“I know this TV is not listed as an 'outdoor TV' but I'm trying to determine if the picture would be bright enough and if the screen would show the reflected glare from light? It would be under a covered patio so no concerns with elements.”

Yes it does show a reflection glare to lights source but honestly the backlight this TV has, I’m sure it’s bright enough to be outside long as you have it mounted with it angle down and is covered under significant amount of shade
