No, this TV does not have a built-in ATSC 3.0 tuner. However, you can connect an antenna to watch free over-the-air broadcasts from local channels.

The previous answer to this question did not answer it completely. Per federal law, the TV does have an ATSC tuner, but it is not specified if it is v1.0 or v3.0. The TV does not come with it's own antenna, if OTA signals are desired a separate antenna must be purchased.
