“Is the volume on the tv still low when it’s turned up at its highest? I have an Insignia 55” tv & it has that problem.”

Hi Volume, If the TV has a Volume Offset setting in the audio menu, set it to a higher or the maximum value. Ensure the TV speakers are not set as the center speaker. NOTE: Some TVs allow the TV speakers to act as the center channel speaker when using a multi-channel receiver. Verify the speakers are set to ON in the TV menu. No it’s pretty loud, I’m actually okay with not using my surround sound.

No. The volume is perfect. Had a Vizio and always had to turn the volume up during show or movie, and in some commercials the volume would be super high. This Insignia TV has the perfect volume.
