Hello Insignia Customer! Thank you for your question. If the blue light comes on but the screen stays dark, the TV may not be fully powering on. We recommend unplugging the TV for a minute, plugging it back in, and trying the power button on the remote again. Also make sure no external devices are causing it to switch inputs.

If the screen still doesn’t turn on, please contact our support team at 1‑877‑467‑4289 or insigniasupport@bestbuy.com so we can help troubleshoot further.
