Can I hook my phonak hearing aids to this tv null

Hello, thank you for the question. The Insignia 75" Class QF Series QLED Fire TV does not support direct Bluetooth connection to Phonak hearing aids. However, it can connect to standard Bluetooth headphones, and it also includes a headphone jack, allowing you to plug in wired headphones. For hearing aids, a compatible accessory like a Phonak TV Connector or Bluetooth transmitter would be needed. Poojitha | Insignia
