Yes, BUT there is a caveat. It will work if you are willing to settle for a max resolution of 720P. The packaging says it supports 1080P but it didn't work with my ElGato CamLink 4k and GoPro Hero 4 Silver. I had to purchase another cable for it to work at 1080P (which is the max output for a GoPro Hero 4 Silver & Black).
