I squeezed one out in the container they came in and drink it it's about a shot shot and a half it did not taste good it did have a slight hint of taste and smell of alcohol but I haven't drank alcohol in 3 years and I have zero effect of and I'm pretty sure I would feel it considering I never drink alcohol but for you I took that I can really got a lime e-bike almost like a Piney taste in my mouth not bad though I would do it again
