“Can I plug this into a European outlet? (Does it support a range of voltage such as between 110-230v or would 230v fry this thing?) I want to make sure I don't need a power converter before I plug it in here in Germany.”

Yes! I am traveling through France and I simply plug the charger into a plug adapter to work with the French round type plug and then plug it straight into the 230 V outlet without need for a transformer. It works like charging your IPhone. Great product and highly recommended!
