My charger won’t fully charge. When I plug it in all it does is have one blinking light instead of 4. It also doesn’t have four lights no matter how long I’ve kept it plugged in. My charger also doesn’t fully drain, it remains at less than 5%. Any ideas? null

Get a new wall charger and USB cord. I've had that problem because of a bad connection on another item.
