“How do I know if my insignia is charging? I plug it in to charge, one light is blinking then goes off. I come back to check a few hours later and it’s not charged”

Hi! Usually the LED lights will indicate that the unit is charging by lighting up, however, if you want to know the status of the battery please press the LED status button. If the unit continues to show just one LED blinking after a long period of time, then please contact us on the link below so that we can help you with this matter. Viridiana E.
