“I just purchased this and the device less than a month ago &will not charge itself once power is depleted. Maybe I am doing something wrong, who can help trouble shoot”

Got the same problem with one, the other is just fine. I think these were on sale for a reason, as they were faulty.

I just plug mine back into a charging source and in an hour it's fully charged again. Maybe your charger is defective??
