A:AnswerI let the delivery guys set it. I only have an issue when I overfill the shelves of the fridge, then the door items may be not as cold as they should be. But, I didnt adjust the temps, I rearranged the shelves and the items on them so that the door items get the cool flow as well and that solved it for me

While the door will certainly open, I'm more worried about the lack of ventilation, make sure that the fridge has separation in all directions, specially the back. You can always give it an extra inch on the door's side to ensure it will open.
