Why so expensive? null

Stores often times don't make much on the sale of certain products. The profit margins on accessories helps keep the doors open. Keeping the doors open at big box retailers increases convenience for the consumer. I know we could buy stuff online, but nothing beats the convenience of walking into a store and getting what you need right then and there, and having somewhere to go if you have an issue. Not to mention the positive effect on the economy. I think those are all great reasons to continue shopping at your local retailers. Hope that answer helps.

Maybe because it's 10 feet long? Imagine what Apple would charge for one this long

It's a thick cord that it great quality so that you can use it while charging I've had mine 2 years less money then buying 6 6 dollars ones

I agree. I had to get one that would work with my iPhone 5 because for some reason the cheap ones from like Mobstub don't work with my phone. The sales person at BB said its because of a chip that Apple requires in the cord to be sure you use official iPhone compatable devices. But still. The length makes it more expensive but for the price I was surprised that it didn't come with the plug. It's the long cord only. Works fine. But still.

3x longer than Apple, cheaper and works great!

The cable charges faster than a normal cable and is sturdier than rocket fish and the others.

In comparison to the apple branded wire your getting a deal. It's ten feet long as compared to apples 6 and well built plus it's Bestbuys house brand so if you have any issues they will take care of you.

Because it's from BB. Also, it will work a lot better than your cheap one from a gas station or whatever. Plus it's so long.
