Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's not an "Insignia" problem. There's no doubt, it's an "Apple" problem! I could go on and on about the issues I've experienced with my phone. I thought something was wrong with my car as for the reason it wasn't playing music from my iPhone, I thought something was wrong with "my voice" as I dictated messages. I would see the words typed out clearly then "the iphone itself" appeared to erase what I had dictated, and then replace my words. Oddly, important words that can make or break a sentence, change its meaning, and could potentially change your life! Words "reversed" & "replaced" like "I can't tonight" to "I can" "don't" to "do." Pronouns "I" to "you." (e.g. I think I'm getting fat... What be replaced with I think you're getting fat... ) BTW these are real life examples they are not exaggerations, instead of stating "I need to stop and hopefully get some good "rest," it has been replaced with I need to stop and hopefully get some good "breast." What I originally dictated & appeared on screen, would then be replace such nonscence. Coming from what appears to be out of nowhere! As the store instructed me to do when I went into to verbally complain and state my feelings, they suggested turning off "predictive," and No that does not work either! However I left the store sent a text and the text would never go through. I tried several test messages... To with no avail, I showed up back into the store, where I had previous taken a screen pic of displaying the "time" that this "test" text I had written, and was still trying to "send," going on 40 minutes by that time. To show them that my phone was truly demonstrated erratic behavior, I to was becoming erratic as well. was still not working properly. could to the store and hour later and demanded a brand-new phone! A brand new one of the the same type/model I that I have was given to me. The insanitiy still persist with this brand-new 5C, as it did before, since the update(s) as well! I have been told that it was not just my phone there are many others experiencing many "unusual," "annoying," "inconsistent," and "frustrating" problems. Good luck!
