They tend to last just as long as the energizer batteries we use. I power up my daughters night light thing with C batteries and both energizer and these last about 14 nights.

I don't used C cells that often, so for me it was more about price. at the time, these were half the price of name brand so I figured if these last longer than half the time of the big boys it's a bargain and they seem to last not as long but long enough for the price
