“I just received a replacement phone and the old case does not fit. what is the problem?”

• Does the new one have the leather back and the old one didn't? Lots of the cases say that they won't fit on the ones with the leather back.

• If case if plasic or rubber put it next to a heat vent for 5 min and then try new phone ..and put back next to vent so case cab conform to new phone
