Questioneverything I see on line says this has a clock, but I can't find how to set it in the quick setup guide or on line. When you hit the source there is a screen with lines but when I hit a button "no" comes up so I guess I hit the wrong button?

- Answer I would bring it back to Best Buy. Maybe someone can see if there should be a change in the setting. Otherwise, exchange it for a new one.

- Answer It's easy. Just bring the unit back to the Best Buy you got it from. I had a warranty on a unit early last month and when it wasn't working, I brought back. They gave me a replacement with no problems. Also, did you buy a 2 year warranty? Good luck on resolving your problem.

QuestionWhat type of cable or jack do I need to connect the player with a tablet or a MP3 player?

- Answer You will need a 1/8 inch jack cable. Hook it in the back of the player marked Aux for the MP3 or tablet. You can also use the same cable to come out of the headphone jack to a more powerful amp, or stereo.
