A:AnswerIt's easy. Just bring the unit back to the Best Buy you got it from. I had a warranty on a unit early last month and when it wasn't working, I brought back. They gave me a replacement with no problems. Also, did you buy a 2 year warranty? Good luck on resolving your problem.
A:AnswerYou will need a 1/8 inch jack cable. Hook it in the back of the player marked Aux for the MP3 or tablet. You can also use the same cable to come out of the headphone jack to a more powerful amp, or stereo.
A:AnswerTurn on (far right button, bottom group), press “source” button until it gives you FM or AM station. For CD when pressing source button you will see three dashes, insert CD, give a second and it will start playing. Switch back and forth by pressing source button.
