• The riser sits 4" high, with about 3" of available space underneath for storage.

• It lifts it up a little over 4". You might be able to stack 2 on top of each other, but not sure how stable that would be.

• The monitor is raised, no the base of the monitor is raised about 3 inches.

• Better buy 2 of them cause the top of the stand is 4 inches high. *** *** - stacking them might be an OSHA violation or something.
