Definitely call Best Buy! They will, and have always, assisted with problems like this.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is why I asked about the expiration date. If the date on these is even close to expiration, I wouldn't get them. Expired CR2032 batteries will not have a charge or will be close to dead and of no use.
