“I have ns-dxa3 remote and it will not change channels. I think the blue button was pushed and wondering if there is a way to reset the remote. I cant even open the menu.”

• You may want to try going to the menu, scroll to the lock, open it and see if there's a PIN entered. Try deleting it and reset, or not have one at all.
