“I have the Insignia NS-DXA3 converter box. I chose Eastern (DST) because I live in Virginia. "All" times on the screens appear in the MILITARY format even program duration times; e.g., 7:30 pm shows as 19:30. IT'S HORRIBLE. HELP!!”
