I don't get it I plugged it in... put my controllers on it (yes with it plugged into port) and hours later my controllers are still dead. It's brand new. null

Unplug it, wait a minute, and plug it back in. Mine did the same thing. I thought it was dead. After I unplugged it, it works great now.

Plug the device into wall outlet, then put controllers on the device. You only put the controllers on the port to pair them to your consol.

I had the same problem. Had to unplug it, rotate plug and plug back in after every use. Sounds stupid but it’s the only thing that got mine to fully charge.

Was the system turned on when trying to charge them? If it was not then there was no way of power to charge the controllers to ever get to them.

We had a similar issue. We realized the controllers weren't getting attached fully to the charge dock. Try and make sure they are fully connected when they are put in it.

You need to put the controller correctly.
