Unplug it, wait a minute, and plug it back in. Mine did the same thing. I thought it was dead. After I unplugged it, it works great now.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had a similar issue. We realized the controllers weren't getting attached fully to the charge dock. Try and make sure they are fully connected when they are put in it.
