Yes it does have the hole at the bottom in the middle. It does work well with touch and I enjoy it.

I don't know that it has a bottom jack hole. But I am able to manipulate my Android phone through the plastic.

This phone case does NOT WORK WITH THE FINGERPRINT SENSITIVE HOME BUTTON for IPHONE 7 PLUS. One of the reviewers here is highly mistaken in that regard. It only works for older IPhones like the 7. The product details should specify that it doesn't support certain functionality of the phone.
