• I contacted them because my 4 year old has a crack too. It also has a huge case on it that’s protective. It still broke on the corner of the actual screen. Absolute crap! Their warranty is not good. They don’t cover anything. If it’s the screen protector though, email them. They’ll most likely respond “sorry we don’t cover misuse.” Absolute joke.
