No. Even the 14 inch when you first put it on it feels a little loose and then somehow it attaches and doesn’t come off. It was built specifically for 14 inches

No... different dimensions and cutouts. You have to get one that specifically says made for MacBook Air 13.3" (and not to be confused with the newer M2 MacBook Air 13.6"!)
