I bought the same case, and I would say the buttons on my unit are the easy to press. There might be a defect in your unit, so try returning it and buying another unit. Did you know you can try on cases at bestbuy? Thy if the other units are any different.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If anything the cover over the on off button is too easy to hit. The iPhone 11 has that button right where most people will hold it. The case let’s you turn it on and off when you hand it to a friend even if that is not what you intended.
