Hello Sid, thank you for your question. This HDMI audio extractor does not support 1440p at 120Hz. It is limited to a maximum video output of 4K at 60Hz, so it would not allow the Xbox Series X to run 1440p at 120Hz through this device. Sudeep | Insignia
