• If you're just speaking to an audience, sure! You can plug it in, it is just an aux cord to a mic For a call? No, it would not work. They would most likely hear you.. Although, you wouldn't be able to hear them because how the jack is made.

• It should work. It has a basic 1/8" male plug. The recording happens on the device receiving the signal. All this does is sends a signal. If your speakers have a 1/8" jack you'll get sound.
