Yes. I recently wiped my screen with windex, thought I had ruined it. I googled how to fix the streaks and it said to use a mixture of water and alcohol first then wipe really well with this cleaner. It worked for me. Hope it works for you.

No, this cleaner does not address damage from disinfectant wipes.

I'm not an "expert" on this topic; however, it does not seem like it would restore an already damaged surface unfortunately. I would be surprised if it reversed damage caused by wipes that stripped a screen surface. It is more of a good cleaner and preventative for causing any damage. It's a gentle alcohol & ammonia free spray.

If the wipe in question damaged your screen then no. All this will do is clean dirt, dust, smudges, fingerprints etc.
