• It is best to hand wash the cloth and leave out to dry. If you dry it with regular clothes it can collect lint

• I decided to wash it with hands and soap. I didn't know how the long wash cycle in a machine would affect it. Hand wash is easy because it is a small cloth and using body wash soap makes it wash in less than 2 minutes.
