I left mine unopened for a while too. So far I've only used it on LCD TVs (LED backlit), laptop LCDs, and sunglasses. Seems compatible with the anti-reflective coatings on all items I've used it on.

I also was hesitant to use this on our 4K LED tv screen, until I read that another reviewer used it on his and said it worked well. So I gave it a shot and it does work great. I did notice a little more clouding on it than I did when I used it on our other LCD screen tv. Not sure if it was because of the LED screen or if I had a little too much spray on my cloth. But I just then went over it with a separate dry soft cloth and the clouding wiped off very easily. Screen looks perfect. So I would say go ahead and you shouldn't have any issues.
