I did a store pick up and also the format of delivering it to me at the parking lot (I have forgotten how that is called). It was my first time for both methods of pickup, but I found them very convenient, safe and guaranteed. I hope that helps you. Sorry for the delay you experienced. I don't know what mode of delivery you chose.
