No. The router connection requires a different port type.

If your outlet on the wall acceots the spliter, i feel like it should. I would also contact the geek squad for more information. There are so many adapters out there that im sure you should locate the appropriate cord to make it work. Best Buy would be my first choice. Good luck.

This is used to increase the number if devices that can use one line. Fir example;  Three phones, an answering machine, phone and fax.

You cannot use it with two lines.
