• It doesn't have a USB slot. I don't think this will work without an MP3 player for your USB drive - then you could direct connect via a 3.5mm cable or bluetooth to the speaker. Good luck.

• Sorry but no. You can use bluetooth or connect an MP3 player, audio device, or even your phone via a 1/8" audio cable.

• No. To use this device you need a sound signal not a sound file such as a .mp3, .wav, etcetera.
