How do I get two units working at the same time on my laptop.via bluetooth I have two units. When I connect via Bluetooth using Windows 64 bit v 8.1, the laptop finds both unit and lists them with the same name.. It will only connect with one unit at a time with the other listed as "paired". I can switch between the two but cannot get them to play together. I renamed the units but nothing changed.

Bluetooth only allows one device to be actively paired to one device at a time. Bluetooth devices will remember the devices it was previously paired to, usually up to 8, for quick pairing. In this case, the computer is still paired to both Bluetooth speakers, but will only be able to play music through one at a time.

Insignia speakers don't have ability to pair with each other to receive from same source through Bluetooth.

Instead you should try connecting them together with a auxiliary cord and then connect one and they both should play.

You can connect only one Bluetooth device with your computer at a time. It's only one to one pairing.
