Mine did that as well. I recharged it and it worked just fine afterward. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Suggest you check your internet connection. You can get a free app to check your wifi signal and speed. You may be getting a weak signal to your Bluetooth device. Try moving the speaker to a different location to see if it makes a difference. You may have too much interference in that location. I had a similar experience, and I purchased an Amplifi wifi extender (from Best Buy),. You can choose a stand alone or mesh setup. My problem was solved within two minutes after installation.
