Once you get the unit paired you should get a solid blue light on the speaker and the phone should show as paired to this speaker. Make sure the volume is turned up on both devices, the speaker will sound a tone once it is turned all the way up, which will tell you that it is capable of playing sound. If you still get no sound from the phone, try pairing the speaker to another device. If still no sound, take the speaker and receipt into Best Buy to the Geek Squad counter for warranty evaluation.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your volume is turned up on your device. There is volume buttons on the speaker but even if they are all the way up and your device is on low no music will play. You may also need to do a hard reset on your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried increasing the volume on your phone to MAX after you've connected the speaker? When I first connected my speaker via bluetooth and tried to play something, I couldn't hear anything no matter how high I turned the speaker volume up. When I disconnected the speaker I could hear my music fine on my phone. Turns out that my phone has separate bluetooth and non-bluetooth volumes, so once I connected my speaker via bluetooth I had to turn up the volume on my phone (even though I could hear it before) in order to hear anything on the speaker. That worked perfectly!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.some times happen to me
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this problem when I try to pair my "Boom Box" in the garage, while my truck is parked there. It won't pair because it is too close to the other bluetooth devise. Anyway that is my situation. Maybe yours too?
