A:AnswerHow are you connecting your headphones to your sound equipment? Are you using any wireless connection to the base? You may have the wrong settings selected in your sound source. Try changing the settings (RAW, Dolby, PCM).
If your base is directly connected to the source and none of the sound settings correct the issue then you may have a bad set of headphones and may want to return/exchange/refund.
A:AnswerAlthough I can't answer for your TV, I have it connected with RCA cables to an ancient JVC CRT which is about 20 years old; so, if your TV has classic audio outputs, it should be connectable.
A:AnswerIf the Input Source button checked out {lowest button on earpiece} it would have to be the Pairing is off between base and headset. This would be the top button got pushed when taken off or on. It could just need recharged which resets the Pairing.
