QuestionMy headphones are less than 2 months old, working fine. All of a sudden the volume is barely audible and cannot be increased with the plus sign button. When I keep pressing it, it just beeps. How do i now increase the sound?

QuestionI bought these headphones and the optical cable. My TV is an LG, I got the headphones to work when the TV sound is in internal speakers and optical mode. When I go to optical mode only, all I get is complete static. Please help. Thanks

- Answer How are you connecting your headphones to your sound equipment? Are you using any wireless connection to the base? You may have the wrong settings selected in your sound source. Try changing the settings (RAW, Dolby, PCM). If your base is directly connected to the source and none of the sound settings correct the issue then you may have a bad set of headphones and may want to return/exchange/refund.

- Answer Although I can't answer for your TV, I have it connected with RCA cables to an ancient JVC CRT which is about 20 years old; so, if your TV has classic audio outputs, it should be connectable.

QuestionWhen I turn them on there's a fairly loud, static or fuzzy noise. Is this normal with wireless devices? As I think it quite annoying but I like the design of this headset, so I hope its just this pair that does it.

QuestionMy unit is fully charged. When I use the headphones and try to power them off, the light on the base flashes blue like it’s trying to pair. Do you just put them back on the charger without turning them off and on and does it reduce battery life if so?

QuestionI hooked these up for my boss and they worked for about an hour. He took them off and when he went to use them again maybe 30 minutes later they had stopped working. I went back and rehooked everything up and cannot get them to work. Checked input.

- Answer If the Input Source button checked out {lowest button on earpiece} it would have to be the Pairing is off between base and headset. This would be the top button got pushed when taken off or on. It could just need recharged which resets the Pairing.
