If you have a plug socket plug it in the wall and attach your usb cable, then you are ready to go, same thing with your cellphone.

Use a cell phone wall charger..which it does not come with.... and the USB cable provided.

Hello! To charge your speaker, you simply need to connect it with the micro USB charging cable that is included with it; input the cable into the slot located on the side of the speaker. Regards, Daniel T. - Insignia Support

Comes with a plug. You have to have your own charger. Any that have a usb plug will work.
