“Can this be used with a Vizio TV”

• Can be used with any Bluetooth transmitter. I've found sometimes with Bluetooth and TVs sound does not always sync properly. I have 2 of these and work best with playing music from devices. Sound quality on the lower end, but for the price they work very well
