“Does the speaker have to be on to charge or can it be plugged in and the power in the off position? Also, how long does it take to fully charge?”

• You can toggle the search feature and let it charge in addition to charging it on standby but not when it’s off.

• Can charge on or off, mine takes an hour or 2 to charge. Longer if it is on.
