The battery charger only works with the supplied batteries. If those are what you tried, you have a dud. Take it back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It may be defective possibly reach out to see if you can exchange it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return it to the store. Mine works and i have had no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The batteries should go in with the contacts toward the unit and the batteries label facing to the right. If you purchased the protection plan then I would recommend going back to the store for a replacement. If not then you are probably past the exchange period, but it wouldn’t hurt to at least call and ask a member of management. Another option would be to contact insignia customer service and inform them of the issue. They should walk you through troubleshooting and if that still doesn’t work offer a resolution. I want to say that they do have a warranty but I don’t remember the time frame it is covered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’d just return it. Not a great product, and a lot of issues with the batteries. Your batteries are probably dead, as that’s what happens when they no longer recharge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you make sure to lock the charger station it in place? There is a lock on the back side. Also make sure that the side with the open end is going inside the charger station.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Could be a faulty charger but it's very specific to how the batteries must go in & must be pushed in until they lock in. Honestly sounds like a manufacturer error involved tho, swap it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
